What is Reiki?

The Japanese word Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is made up of two kanji’s (characters). Rei means holy, gift, invisible spirit, universal, boundless. Ki which means energy, the vital nonphysical force which flows through all living things, the activating energy of the universe. Ki in Japanese is comparable to chi in China or prana in India. The words together traditionally mean Universal (Spiritual) Life Force Energy.

The Reiki treatment is a “hands-on” ancient healing practice where you might experience a recharging or energized enthusiasm for life. Reiki is said to feel like a warm flow of a state of well being.

Reiki can work on emotional blocks as well as physical dis-ease, allowing the Universal Life Force Energy or “Ki” to nourish, balance and energize encouraging a healthy state of being. It works on all levels and strives to bring these differing levels into a balanced state. Reiki healing energy activates the body’s natural ability to heal itself. It is used only for the good of all.

Sue is a 6th generation Reiki Master of the Usui System of Natural Healing and is a Registered Karuna Reiki® Master. Sue studied under Reiki Master Ginny Mackles, whose lineage is linked to Hawayo Takata. She is registered with the International Reiki Association.

 

Crystal Healing Therapy/ 40 minute sessions- $50.00

Chakra Alignment and Balancing using corresponding Crystal and Gemstone energies. Using Crystals to cleanse, balance and heal; mental and emotional energies within the physical and etheric fields. Crystal energies can repattern and redevelop mental and emotional patterns. Crystals and Gemstones amplify Reiki energies to allow us to heal and awaken deeper levels of consciousness and our own inner healing powers.

 

Reiki Sampling $25.00

Try this 20 minute Reiki session with your Deep Cleansing European Facial.

The focus of the sampling is to allow the client to experience balance and

peace from the Reiki Light.

The Usui System of Natural Healing

Reiki is an ancient hands-on healing art rediscovered in the 1800's by Dr. Mikao Usui.  Reiki is a Japanese word for the concept of  "universal life force energy".  It is a healing modality used to restore harmony and balance to oneself and others.

The focus of Reiki I is on self-healing. No prior healing experience is needed.

In This Workshop You Will:

  • Be attuned to the Reiki healing ray
  • Learn the Five Principles of Reiki
  • Learn the hand positions to facilitate healing for self and for others
  • Participate in ceremony to repattern unconscious self.
  • Give and receive a Reiki treatment

Reiki II Workshop

The focus of Reiki II is on mental and emotional problems, and distance healing of those not physically present. Reiki II is the next exciting step in learning to use Reiki. It is commonly reported that with Reiki II comes an increase in the power of Reiki.  The level II attunements are designed to increase your channel or your ability to handle and allow the Reiki energy to flow.

 Pre-Requisite is Reiki I Training.

                  In this workshop you will:

          * Be attuned to the Second Degree Reiki ancient symbols.

          * Learn exercises taught by Dr. Usui.

          * Learn the techniques of healing for self and for                                        others using the ancient symbols.

          * Give and receive a Second Degree Reiki treatment
