Reservation Policy:

Reservations need to be made at least two weeks in advance for group spa parties. Please note, an event booked less than one week in advance may incur a $25 or 10% surcharge over regular pricing (whichever amount is greater) this is due to additional costs of executing last minute events. Parties are to be Minimum of 4 people.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations for group events or for an entire spa party must be made 72 hours in advance in order to receive a refund. Once your appointment date has been reserved for your event/spa party, we will be unable to issue a refund for any individual guest cancellations or no-shows.

Change Policy:

Once your appointment date has been reserved for your event, we will be unable to issue a refund for any individual guest cancellations or no-shows. The scheduled services are reserved and staffed according to your needs. Therefore, changes to any package must be made 72 hours prior to date of service. Last minute changes may not be able to be honored.

Payment Policy:

A 30 % deposit is required to reserve date at the time of booking. Before securing your appointment date, we will also need to know the number of people in your party and what treatments each guest would like. Outstanding balances for services paid on day of service --- Cash Only Please.

Payment Method:

Credit cards are accepted via PayPal. Checks are permitted with at least seven (7) business days prior to service. All returned checks regardless of reason will incur a $25.00 return check charge and must be replaced with cash or money order for the check amount and return check charge prior to date of service. Outstanding balances for services paid on day of service --- Cash Only Please.

Gratuities:

Spa treatments do not include gratuities. In appreciation for outstanding service, gratuities may be given to the staff at your discretion.

  • Any medical conditions that were not mentioned at time of reservation.
  • Broken skin or lesions.
